What are recovery boots and how do they work?
Use recovery boots air compression in multiple zones to rhythmically massage your legs. This stimulates the blood circulation and lymphatic flow, decreases muscle pain and waste products and accelerates recovery.

Which areas are treated?
Have our boots 4 compression zones:
- Foot + ankle
- Lower leg
- Knee + middle thigh
- Upper thigh
What modes are there?
- All rooms at the same time for deep pressure
- From bottom to top (gradual compression, pumping effect)
By segment (targeted massage per zone)
How long and how often to use?
approximately 20–30 minutes. You can use this daily, sometimes even twice a day during heavy training or competitions.
How quickly will I notice results?

SHIPPING, WARRANTY, DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours. You often receive the product the next day.
Please note, the carrier does not deliver on Sundays and Mondays. In the case of orders placed on Saturday, this means that you will often not receive the product until Tuesday at the earliest.
We do everything we can to process the order as quickly as possible, so that you can enjoy your product as soon as possible!
Are there shipping costs?
Shipping and return costs are free.
What can I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
If you have any damage to the product, we ask you to contact us info@flamengolife.nl.
If possible, include photos of the damage to speed up the process. We will help you with the report as soon as possible.
Can I return or exchange my product?
If you would like to return or exchange the product, please contact info@flamengolife.nl.
We will then help you further.
You can return or exchange the product within 30 days, provided you have adhered to the terms of our warranty policy.
In most cases, the paid amount will be processed within 14 days. This also applies if you exchange the product.
Where do you ship orders from?
All our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands. This means you benefit from fast delivery and reliable service.
