Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your sauna blanket after use, you can return the blanket. This is possible within 30 days of purchase. You will then receive the full purchase amount back.

Please note: the Flamengo towel insert is not covered by the 30-day trial period. Returning the used towel insert is not permitted. This is to ensure the hygiene and quality of the product. If the towel is unused in the sealed packaging, it will be accepted as a return. If you purchase the Flamengo sauna blanket together with the towel insert and are still unsure about your purchase, we recommend that you first try the sauna blanket with clothing on.

A return report can be initiated by contacting us info@flamengolife.nl . We will further inform you how you can return the sauna blanket. You cannot return the item without contacting us.
Items returned without a return request will not be accepted.

Products that are damaged due to use will not be accepted for return. In addition, the products must be returned clean.

If the product has any damage upon receipt, please contact us immediately.

Once you have sent the return package, it will take a few days for the package to be processed. Once the return has been approved, it will be processed further, including the refund. Please note that this may take a few days depending on your bank.

Returns Conditions


You have 30 days to register your return and return the product.

After registration you still have a maximum of 14 days to ship the product, provided this is done within the total period of 30 days happens after receipt.

  • The product should, if reasonably possible, be placed in the original condition and packaging must be returned, including all accessories supplied.
  • If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to assess it, we reserve the right depreciation to be charged.

Hygiene products and sealing

Special return conditions apply to some products due to hygiene. This concerns products where a seal is present. If this seal is broken, the product can no longer be returned. The products that are considered hygiene products:

  • Hot cold Sleeve & Wrap
  • Towel insert
  • PolarPlunge Ice Bath & PolarPure Chiller

Defective or damaged products

For problems arising from a factory defect or production error, you can enter this 30 days after receipt report to us. We offer a simple returns process for defective products.

⚠️ Damage due to misuse, accidents or failure to follow the instructions for use is not covered by the returns policy.

Returns are only possible for purchases made via the Flamengo website have been done and are valid not for purchases through third parties.

Please state:
✔️ You order number
✔️ The product you want to return
✔️ A clear description of the problem or reason for return

Our team will guide you and provide the necessary instructions for the returns process.

Shipping costs for returns

For returns from The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France and for products above €50, we take within the first 30 days the shipping costs on us.


✅ So you have to no costs for the return, as long as the return is within the specified period and meets the conditions.

Refund

After receiving and checking your return shipment, we will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Handle the product carefully and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned to prevent damage during transport.
