Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your sauna blanket after use, you can return the blanket. This is possible within 30 days of purchase. You will then receive the full purchase amount back.
Please note: the Flamengo towel insert is not covered by the 30-day trial period. Returning the used towel insert is not permitted. This is to ensure the hygiene and quality of the product. If the towel is unused in the sealed packaging, it will be accepted as a return. If you purchase the Flamengo sauna blanket together with the towel insert and are still unsure about your purchase, we recommend that you first try the sauna blanket with clothing on.
A return report can be initiated by contacting us info@flamengolife.nl . We will further inform you how you can return the sauna blanket. You cannot return the item without contacting us.
Items returned without a return request will not be accepted.
Products that are damaged due to use will not be accepted for return. In addition, the products must be returned clean.
If the product has any damage upon receipt, please contact us immediately.
Once you have sent the return package, it will take a few days for the package to be processed. Once the return has been approved, it will be processed further, including the refund. Please note that this may take a few days depending on your bank.
